Cancellation Policy:

Refunds for group classes cannot be issued after commencement of the course, and any amendments/cancellations need to be made three weeks prior to course commencement to receive a refund or change the date.

If you are unable to make a class or a 121 appointment, please let me know via phone on 07779 586341 or lynsey@ctfa.co.uk 

as soon as possible to allow me to see if the slot can be filled otherwise cancellation fees are applicable as below:

• Over 48 hours: 50% of the lesson cost.

• Less than 48 hours: 100% of the lesson cost.
